To all the contributors of crowd-funding which enabled me to distribute Justa-pata in Gorkha, a big thanks to you again.
As previously stated in the completion report, a total of the NRS 16,559 was in the balance.
I am happy to announce that NRS 20,000 (the above amount + NRS 3,441 from me personally) has been donated to Prayash Poudel of Ghatbesi, Bhimsen Village Municipality, Gorkha. My sister handed it over to him and his family earlier last month.
Prayash, 16, has been suffering from joint infection. While he has been discharged after over a month in intensive care unit in Kathmandu Medical College, he is yet to fully recover.
He and his family have a poor background and are survivors of the Great Gorkha Earthquake of 2015. They were also recipients of a share of Jasta-pata distributed by the same donation drive.
We wish Prayash all the best and a speedy recovery.
